Grievance Committee
In the unfortunate event that the association is presented with a grievance, from a consumer or fellow REALTOR®, the Grievance Committee adjudicates the issue and determines whether the issue is valid and if a full hearing should be held. In most cases, the Grievance Committee’s first choice is to mediate any dispute, to resolve it as quickly and as fairly possible. Members of the Grievance Committee are appointed by GAR Leadership for their exemplary interpersonal skills and business ethics.
