International Day 2023

The GAR Global Business Council invites you to it's annual International Day event on Wednesday, January 25th at the Greenwich Water Club. The doors will open at 9AM for a lovely Irish Breakfast and Networking, followed by a fantastic program including two speakers who will provide you with fresh and pertinent information you can effectively use to globalize your real estate business.

The first presenter will be Paul O. Robertson, Deputy Commissioner of the State of Connecticut Department of Community and Economic Development (DECD). Paul will share the strategies and initiatives the DECD has implemented throughout continued efforts to strengthen Connecticut's competitive position in the rapidly changing, knowledge-based global economy.

Alexander Kanen, the Founder and CEO of Kanen Law Firm in NYC will then share his insights on how Blockchain technology has already, and will continue to impact the Real Estate Industry. Kanen's firm specializes in Real Estate, Corporate, and Blockchain Law, and has represented clients in commercial and residential real estate transactions, including acquisitions of residential properties, mixed-use and commercial buildings, vacant land, development rights, air rights, easements, syndications and financing.
