The Town of Greenwich Town Clerk's office is offering a special invitation to Greenwich REALTORS® to experience a demo of their newly updated online Land Records search system. This demo will showcase the improved, user-friendly iCloud platform, which provides a smoother and more efficient way to access property records.

A key feature of the updated system is the 'Real Property Fraud Alert Service,' which allows residents to sign up and receive email notifications whenever a document is recorded against their property or name—helping to prevent fraud.
