The average days on the market (DOM) for residential homes was 200 days; which was a decrease from 217 days in November 2019.
The median sale price for a condo/co-op decreased to $640,000 from the median sales price in November 2019, which was $665,000.
The average days on the market (DOM) for condo/co-op residential homes was 171; which was an increase from 143 days in November 2019.
Pending sales as of 4:45pm Wednesday, December 16th for Single Family homes were 79 and 22 for Condo/Co-Op.
"November 2020 had ninety-two residential closings; a one hundred thirty percent increase from November 2019 when there were forty closings. The median sale price was $1,928,500; a thirty percent increase from the median sale price in November 2019, which was $1,483,500. Greenwich was the sector in town with the most closings, ending November with fifty-nine sales; a one hundred fifty-six percent increase from November 2019 when there were twenty-three closings. The median sale price was $2,420,000; a sixty-nine percent increase from the median sale price in November 2019, which was $1,425,000.
