The average days on the market (DOM) for residential homes was 173 days; which was a decrease from 200 days in October 2019.
The median sale price for a condo/co-op increased to $780,000 from the median sales price in October 2019, which was $560,000.
The average days on the market (DOM) for condo/co-op residential homes was 152; which was an increase from 140 days in October 2019.
Pending sales as of 4:45pm Wednesday, November 18th for Single Family homes were 96 and 26 for Condo/Co-Op.
"October 2020 had ninety-nine residential closings; a one hundred forty-seven percent increase from October 2019 when there were forty closings. The median sale price was $2,275,000; a twenty percent increase from the median sale price in October 2019, which was $1,883,333. Greenwich was the sector in town with the most closings, ending October with sixty sales; a two hundred thirty-three percent increase from October 2019 when there were eighteen closings. The median sale price was $2,687,500; a twenty-seven percent increase from the median sale price in October 2019, which was $2,102,500. Condo/Co-Op sales had thirty-one closings in October 2020; a one hundred thirty-eight percent increase from October 2019 when there were thirteen closings.
